Wormwoods with the grassy, herbal bitterness of Yerba Mate tea, Baldoria Mate is indeed bitter, yet supremely balanced. To maintain the Baldoria character, we opted for a more floral earthy bitter that blends with the classic wormwood base. The beautiful flavor plays well without hiding in the background or stealing the spotlight.
